NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REQUEST FOR PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT
CONCERNING PROPOSED EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT AMENDMENTS TO THE 2024-2027 INDIANAPOLIS REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (IRTIP) AND AMENDMENTS TO THE 2050 METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN (MTP) AND CONFORMITY REPORT
Notice is hereby given that proposed amendments to the 2050 MTP and updated Transportation Conformity Report are being offered for public review and comment between October 7 and October 21, 2024. Public comments on these items may be sent in writing to info@indympo.gov or by mail to 200 East Washington Street, Suite 2322, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204.
Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, the Indianapolis Transportation Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing on Resolution Number 24-IMPO-024 concerning amendments to the IMPO 2050 MTP and updated Transportation Conformity Report for the Central Indiana region.

Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, the Indianapolis Transportation Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing on Resolution Number 24-IMPO-023 considering proposed non-exempt amendments to the 2024-2027 IRTIP.
All hearings will be held at the MIBOR Realtor Association office located at 1912 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Members of the public may make comments in person or send comments in advance to the staff member listed above. The meeting may also be viewed on Youtube at https://www.youtube.com/@indympo. At least one week before the public hearing copies of the items above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto will be available on the IMPO’s website at https://indympo.gov, or for viewing in-person, by appointment, in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call 317-327-7587 to arrange a time for in-person viewing of materials, as some staff are working remotely. Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the IMPO, before the October 23, 2024 meeting, at the address above (by appointment), or sent to info@indympo.gov, and such objections will be considered. Public hearings may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
The public participation process described above is used to satisfy the public participation process for the Program of Projects (POP) for the following Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grantee: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo).
The public participation process described above is consistent with the policies and procedures for public involvement that have been formally adopted by CIRTA, and meets all applicable public participation requirements pertaining to grants associated with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
